Here is your chance to paddle down the San Antonio River! The Paseo del Rio Association invites you to participate in the 42nd Annual FORD Canoe Challenge on Saturday, August 14, 2010. The General Public FORD Canoe Challenge commences at 9:15A.M., while participants compete for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Awards. What a great opportunity for a little sportsmanship on the River while helping the Paseo del Rio Association. The Entry Fee is merely $50 per canoe, ages 5 years and up! The FORD Canoe Challenge starts at the Chamber of Commerce heading east, toward and through the Rivercenter Mall Lagoon, then returning along the Extension to the Chamber.
